Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Guideable (the “Service”), a subscription membership operated by Brendon Macdonald (“Guideable”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of a dental practice or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organisation.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@guideable.me if you suspect unauthorised use. Accounts are for named users and may not be shared beyond your practice without our written agreement.
3. Membership, free trial, and billing
Guideable is sold as a recurring subscription. Current pricing and billing frequency (monthly or annual) are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.
Free trial. Where a free trial is offered, you must provide a valid payment method to start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial and your payment method is charged the then current price.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then current price until you cancel. Applicable taxes (including VAT where relevant) are added at checkout and on renewal.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from Settings, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change, and it will take effect on your next renewal. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the new price.
4. What the Service is (and is not)
Guideable provides educational content, prompt libraries, templates, and configurations (“AI specialists”) intended to help dental practices adopt AI tools. The Service teaches and equips you to use third-party AI tools; it is an educational and reference product.
No professional advice. Content and AI-assisted outputs are provided for general information only. They are not clinical, dental, medical, legal, financial, accounting, tax, or regulatory advice, and must not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on or acting on it, and for ensuring it complies with your professional obligations and applicable law (including patient privacy and healthcare rules such as HIPAA where they apply to you). Do not enter protected health information into any third-party AI tool unless you have confirmed that tool is contracted and configured to handle it lawfully.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share the paid content or specialists outside your practice;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the Service except as permitted by law;
- use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate the terms of any third-party tool;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems, or disrupt its operation.
6. Intellectual property and your licence
The Service and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. While your subscription is active and in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for the internal purposes of your practice. This licence ends when your subscription ends. Content you create using the Service (for example, a completed prompt or document) belongs to you.
7. Third-party tools
The Service references and integrates with third-party products (for example, AI assistants and platforms). We do not control those products, are not responsible for them, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other members. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the courts located in [county/jurisdiction to confirm], Florida will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you additional rights.
